"This by far is one of the BEST VRBOs that I've rented! Awesome everything! The check-in process was very simple, the host outlined EVERYTHING, before & during the stay & a notebook provided instructions on literally everything - there isn't anything she did not leave out. The ONLY thing I would say that is it difficult to find, it is upstairs, the stairs are steep, you hear road noise, there weren't any blackout curtains. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). "Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "
