Amazing penthouse by the sea

Modern apartment / penthouse of 130 m2 on 2 levels and a private large roof terrace of 170 m2.
Newly renovated with new kitchen, new bathroom and new furniture.
The apartment is located 300 m from the fine sandy beach of Playa Finestrat in La Cala. Access is available to the large pool with children and toddler's division as well as tennis court.
Incredibly beautiful sea and mountain views from both balconies and roof rack.

La Cala borders Benidorm and it is about 10 min walk to the big Poniente beach which is several km long which in turn borders the Levante beach.
Good bus links are available to these beaches as well as shopping in the Old Town of Benidorm center, the shopping center of La Marina is only about 15 mins walk away away all a few min by bus.

Close to major golf courses, theme park Terra Mitica, Aqua landia, Terra Natura et al.

Breathtaking Views

Very Good Points: This is an amazing property, big and spacious and plenty of room for all. The kitchen is kitted out with everything you could need. Big fridge freezer, dish washer and washing machine. 2 very nice bathrooms. Great lounge with big smart TV. Air con throughout. Roof top terrace was out of this world, the 360 panoramic view was amazing. The resort is perfect for families as its quieter than neighboring Benidorm. A nightly market just 2 minutes down the road was lovely and the bigger main markets on Sat and Tues was nice. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets near by so you don't need a car. The beach is a 10 min walk away and is a lovely beach. The building has 2 lifts and they both worked the whole time we was there. The swimming pool is lovely and warm and plenty of space for all. Need Improvements: The furniture on the terrace was very old and some was broken completely. The BBQ was amazing but if you cook at night you can't see what you are cooking as it was very dark. The BBQ and the BBQ area was not very clean when we arrived. The bedroom situation, the 3rd bedroom (balcony room) is only accessible through bedroom 1 and 2 so if the people who was using that room needed to use the toilet they would need to go through bedroom 1 and 2 so no privacy. Our family had an amazing stay at this property and would love to return again in the future.

Exceptional

Excellent accommodations, with prompt and thorough responses from the host. We were within walking distance of shops and many restaurants, and the beach, making a car unnecessarily. The apartment was spacious, incredibly clean, and stocked with every possible amenity. The only exception was the absence of a washer/dryer. We loved it so much, we extended our stay.

Very modern apartment

The apartment is superb (the pictures online, don't do it justice). Set over three levels; level one, bedrooms with a bathroom. Level 2, lounge/diner, balcony and bathroom and level 3, sun terrace (superb for sunbathing and having a drink). There's only a couple of small things that could have improved our stay , WiFi and sunbeds, but we would stay here again. BIG thumbs up!!!
