"Good"

"Excellent property with very friendly and helpful staff. Massage/Spa service was very good and well-priced. Housekeeping was done really well. Breakfast buffet offers a good variety too, which includes hot-cooked food as well. Location was well situated in walking distance to Old Quarters (~20mins) and French Quarters (~10mins). Famous chocolatier (Marou Chocolate) is right down the street (2mins walk) and a Circle K (convenience shop) located just a few steps away. Staff were great as they...

"Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere."

"The hotel has a perfect location! The breakfast buffet is incredibly generous, with a great variety of delicious options. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a beer or a cocktail while relaxing. I also can’t say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff, especially Jenny, who was always smiling and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality!"
