"Good location, good staff"

"We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again."

"great place, we enjoy it"

"We booked the owner's suite and I used the external room as my YouTube editing studio. I like the fruit provided and I liked the private Terrace. The morning buffet was excellent - so many options. The staff was very attentive and assisted us with a Cyclo tour in the Old Quarter which included Train Street. We were on a Pre-Paid Ha Long Bay cruise and this hotel was recommended to stay and was the pick up point. I enjoyed our stay here and the Red Bean restaurant was extremely good. I would...

"The room was great and exactly as advertised, the staff were sooooo accommodating and genuinely kind. Best customer service I have ever encountered. Location is amazing and would recommend to anyone."

"Our stay at La Siesta Lakeside Hanoi was perfection. The location right by Hoan Kiem Lake is ideal, the room was amazing, and the food was great. We stayed during Halloween and loved their attention to detail—the staff dressed up, served a special spooky menu, and offered complimentary face painting. Above all, the staff are hands down the kindest and most attentive we have ever encountered anywhere."

"This property is next-level. From its history to its level of service, you are treated splendidly from arrival to check-out. An example: They noticed a wheel on my luggage that had started giving me problems and proactively asked if they could send it out to a local shop for a quick overnight fix that was very cheap and all arranged by them. My room was stunning and you should check out the free history tour of the bomb shelter adjacent to the pool. You must also try the Charlie Chaplin martini!...

"Clean room, helpful and friendly staff. We asked to switch room due to the noise above and it was taken care promptly. Walking distance to Lake Hoan Kiem and Old Town. French quarter location, convenient, we stayed at this place twice."

"We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?"

"Our room was very clean and everyone we dealt with was very nice. The hotel is in a perfect spot for checking out the old Hanoi. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close"
