"Pictures are nicer than the property. However, it had clean sheets, a comfortable bed and was near the PAC which is why I chose it.
It definitely need attention to be considered 5 stars. The lobby bar is closed permanently and the furniture needs to be replaced. The rooms have several esthetic issues. It’s just worn out. But price is right"

"The biggest issue is the smell. I understand it’s an old building, so it has that typical old, musty smell. The room has only one window, and the AC unit is installed in it, so very little natural light comes in. On top of that, the room smells like weed smoke coming through one of the vents."

"After check-in it took 20 minutes to access one of three elevators,upon entry to room it had a foul odor,food was left in the small fridge/cooler which was off,we were gagging from the smell. After several calls to a rude associate we finally git a new room.The rooms walls are paper thin could hear normal conversations of people next door, hallway was echo noisy. Will NOT stay here again!!!"

The rooms are compact, which is typical for Manhattan, but they are clean, modern, and well designed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, Arlo NoMad is a comfortable hotel in a fantastic location at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again."

"We had a phenomenal stay. The hotel is clean and has everything you could need. Their coffee is phenomenal, the restaurant was delicious (although pricey), and the location is perfect. It’s a short walk to all of the SoHo hotspots for shopping and eating. We’ll absolutely be back and looking into staying at their other locations too."
