"Staff-while other things that need improvement are tolearable what is NOT, is rude staff. From the staff at the buffet breafast to the folks at the front counter who always referred us to self check in/out. A couple of the questions we had were not check in or out and we did not appreciated getting pointed to a machine. "Everything went really well. The kiosk that they want you to check in at, you have to pay a tax and it didn’t take my debit card for some reason. You needed a card with a PIN. We tried 3 different people on our party, and none of our cards worked. So we were scrambling trying to find the tax money in yen. It wasn’t expensive, I just wasn’t prepared for it. I hadn’t gone to an ATM to get more yen."

"The breakfast menu was fairly average, all pre-made and not that appetising (in my option). The staff were friendly and helpful enough, but the time to check in was very slow. One of the servers in the bar took our order then preceded to take other orders, and left us for a good 5 minutes sitting at the bar with nothing....so we left. Laundry facilities were good and inexpensive. The room were very very small and we were not able to unback our bags nor even place them where there they weren't...
