great house with unique features!

Me and my friends loved this house! super cute and spacious for 8 people. My only thumbs down for this how’s was not having trash receptacles at the house itself you have to haul it off when you leave. Other than that great find!

Unique house

My sister described it as yard sale meets consignment shop meets tiki bar. The house has so much “character.” We loved it and it suited our needs perfectly.

Very Comfy

Stayed in this very nice home for 5 nights and it was extremely nice. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were very nice and the walk to the beach was close. Couldn't have asked for a better place. This home was very clean and comfortable. Communication with management gets an A+! Loved it!

The location is perfect with a short walk to a quieter portion of the beach. Super fun decor. Only complaint is small dining table that only sat 4.

Spacious beach getaway

We really enjoyed the rental. So much space for all 6 of us including our dog to spread out. Dog LOVED the fenced in back yard. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen & all bathrooms well stocked. Not far from the beach. Only suggestion would be adding a curved curtain rod & updating hand held shower spray in the master tub...small tub & spray not very functionable. Other than that we were very satisfied.

Comfy, cozy and clean with great character!

The house was perfect for our family of four and we would have had ample room to add a few more guests! The location was nice with just a 10 minute walk down to the beach and half way between the downtown area on the south end of the island and the lighthouse area on the north end. We were just a few blocks from the IGA grocery store and a 5-10 minute drive from everything we needed. The only things we could have used that weren’t provided would be a beach wagon, which can be rented at the nearby beach rentals, beach towels, and a cheese grater. Honestly everything else we could have needed was provided, including beach toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. We had a great stay!

Thanksgiving holiday

We really enjoyed staying at this property during the Thanksgiving holiday. There were 10 people in our group 8 adults and two children. There was enough room for everybody but the pull out couch in the living room was not comfortable for sleeping so we just used the air mattress that we had brought. There was plenty of room in the living room to set it up. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots, pans and containers for our leftovers. Every appliance was in good working order and there was enough pantry/refrigerator space to store our food. The check in process was easy and the management company were excellent to work with. I would gladly rent from them again. We had a excellent vacation!

I’ll see you next year!

Me and my family have never been on vacation together and this stay will forever be special to us. We were all comfortable and happy to be able to wander around a house instead of struggling around a hotel. The house was spacious for movie night, birthday dinner cooking and late night talks at the bar. Our dog was able to come with us and he had a blast too! We had an issue with a toilet and within 5 minutes someone was out here helping us. Incredibly nice staff and a beautiful area. Perfect walk to the beach and the market. Not a bad drive to Savannah. Overall this house was the best decision for us and we are so thankful to have found it. We’ll be back next year for sure!

You don't always get what you pay for...

The house itself was nice. Unfortunately, there were several problems within it. Some were resolved but, took a couple of days. Others were not. First, there are four TV's in the house - none of then worked when we got there. After a couple of days / tries they managed to get two of them to work. Second, the microwave did not work. Again, after two days they brought us a replacement. Next, we wanted to use the grill but i had a broken wheel and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Next was a lot of little things about the kitchen that may seem small but have been standard in other units I've stayed in around the country. - no lids for the pots & pans - There were only a few storage containers and all were very small, so not very useful. - There was one roll of paper towels and no napkins - Only three trash bags. The cheap clear ones that don't hold anything and break if you put too much in them. - No tin foil or plastic wrap - Only one small bottle of dish soap that appeared to be watered down. And only two dishwasher tabs. We enjoyed Tybee and would probably come back. But, we would definitely not stay in this house again.

Very clean, cute house! Accommodated our 12 guest very well.

A couple of things that need fixing: The microwave does not heat anything up. The heating element might be going out? The fan about the dinning room table doesn’t work The grill is out of propane It gets pretty warm in the kitchen/dinning room area. Vents blow cool air but doesn’t seem to stay cool. These are just a few things that we noticed in our short stay, however the place was very nice. Extremely clean and a great place for around 10 people. Only about 5 minute walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The best vacation ever !!!!!!!

My family and I fell in love with this home immediately. The property was neat and clean and spacious. It was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We spent time at the beach almost daily but also enjoyed the comforts of home and family time by cooking meals together, playing games and watching movies. We decided that we would make Tybee Island our family vacation destination at least once a year. My daughters agreed but only if we are able to return to this exact property. The staff of Tybee Vacation Rentals were hellpful, understanding and down right friendly. Erin was great! We are already looking forward to next year
