"Pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel is! Not being familiar with the area, We did a last minute booking so the rates were much lower than was expected for fall foliage, so I was not sure what I was walking into, but Let me tell you it’s our new getaway! Staff was so kind and friendly, very clean overall, not just the room, it smells fresh everywhere we went, breakfast was a bonus! Loved the kid friendly lounge areas as my kiddos get bored in the room. Just a great overall experience!...

"Super clean room, delicious breakfast. The only thing was the loud noise the room doors make when closing (we were awake by other guests either arriving or leaving their rooms because of the doors closing too loud), and we can hear people talking in the next room (I’m sure they could hear us too). "It was much better than I expected for the price. Bed was very comfy, room was clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had from a budget motel. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was small and busy but the range and quality of what they offered was good and they stayed on top of making sure it was clean and stocked. The property isn't new but it was clean and everything in the room worked fine."

"My fiance and I have stayed here multiple times since we me over a decade ago (and he and his family stayed in the 90s!). It is a perfect location to get away from the city and just relax and there is entertainment nearby and on property for the whole family. The amenities and grounds are a little dated but that just adds to the New England charm, in my opinion. The Hilltop restaurant has solid food and amazing service. You're in close proximity to Lake Winnipesaukee, about 30 minutes away...
