"Plenty of space for a beach cottage. Close to everything, easy walk to Boardwalk and back, well furnished kitchen, large back yard. South end of the beach has less rocks and seaweed, lots of restaurants to pick from. Never rented a whole house before, and hosts were very easy to communicate with, no fuss, and nothing complicated. Wonderful experience all the way around, and for a very reasonable cost."

"Overall a decent stay, I would recommend it for a winter ski trip. Not so much for as a summer location, no amenities on site at all. The kitchen is fully functional and has everything you would need. Family room in the basement was a winner for keeping the kids happy."

"Susan got back to me promptly when I asked questions. The house was clean and well kept. Only recommendation would be to use fabric softener for towels which seemed very stiff! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well supplied with needed supplies. "

"Cozy little one room cottage right on the water. There was a small refrigerator (no freezer) and 2 burners for cooking. Also, a nice grill outside the door. The screen porch was nice for relaxing while watching life on the lake. Our host, Nancy was wonderful! I was reminded of the butler, Emilio, in the movie Mr. Deeds. "The location was awesome..a short walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. We had a parking spot in driveway which was a plus. The host Gary was a great guy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband Bill, dog (Ben), and I had a fun 4 night stay in Hampton Beach."
