"Had a great time with my Sr. citizen snowmobiling friends and family. The hunters in the group greatly appreciated the wildlife mounts and hunting camp atmosphere. Access to the local trails from the front door was great and there was plenty of parking for our trucks and trailers. If you're coming in the winter, make sure your truck or car has 4-wheel drive."

"We would stay here again. Modern styled, clean house with comfortable touches. Beds were extremely comfortable and plush. Kitchen was a pleasure to cook and bake in. Very large flat screen tv and cozy couch. Plenty of parking, large yard and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. IGA for groceries is a short distance North. A great stay!"

"We have stayed at the Elk Lodge multiple times and really enjoy it! The beautiful location is fantastic for snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, etc. There is plenty of comfy seating and sleep space and the kitchen is fully outfitted. We can’t wait to come back next year. The owners are great."

"My husband, our son and 4 good friends shared the house for a 4 day, 3 night fishing trip. Weather was mostly raining but they did get a good day out on Lake Umbagog . The covered porch was nice to sit & visit with each other. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked & living room had comfortable chairs to sit & relax in. Owner was very responsive to our questions. They would definitely rent this house again . Highly recommend."

"This place is amazing, I've never stayed at any other places that feel like home from the moment you arrive. The lodge has a unique character, the rooms are clean, and the common areas are tastefully decorated. The owners are super friendly and are doing everything they can to make you feel welcome - the home-made country style breakfast they cook for you every morning is superb!"

"If you like rustic camping, this is a BEAUTIFUL spot! The yurts are clean and comfortable - large enough to stand up in & built on sturdy platforms set in a gorgeous little glenn surrounded by trees and large, mossy boulders. The tidy outhouse is conveniently nearby but not too close. There is a standing grill for outdoor cooking and a picnic bench for each tent. The mattress in our tent was quite comfortable. Our review is only 4 stars because the description mentions showers available...
