"I was so amazed at how effectively they utilized a smallish space to seem huge. It was so well laid out and in such a great location. The check in process was super smooth and the host was so communicative. And don't get me started on the location! Walkable to downtown and the water without being right in the mox of things and too busy - the perfect balance!! I highly recommend this place."

"Apartment was very clean. Coffee and tea were complimentary. It was walkable to many restaurants. Parking was available and we only had to pay one time which was quick and easy to do as the pay station was very close. Of note, the stairs to get to the apartment are steep and narrow. There was a step up from kitchen to living room. Anyone with mobility issues may be challenged with accessing the apartment. Host replied quickly with any questions. "

"Excellent host. Place was decent. It is not a new property and it shows it's wear. Nothing has been updated in many, many years. Also- the counters, sinks and toilets seem like they are built for an elementary school. They are all noticeably lower than normal.The location was perfect for the event we were attending. Check in was very easy. Plenty of parking. I think it was originally a hotel. Can't comment on any of the amenities, as we had a busy weekend and didn't use any of them."

"The apartment is right in the middle of the shopping in downtown Portsmouth, but also looks out over the Piscataqua river and the tugboats. Though it’s in an 18th century building, it has been updated and is very comfortable. The cooking facilities are adequate, although I don’t think I’d prepare a Thanksgiving dinner there be aware that there are stairs to go up and they are somewhat steep, but I was stay here again without hesitation."
