POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 6 adults, excluding children under twelve (12).
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. 2 car garage and 2 in the driveway however driveway is short so smaller vehicles fit best. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While open for holidays, the NPOA Recreation Center may have limited hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Please check their website for accurate information regarding the facility's hours of operation.
4. Boat Storage: Please note that the driveway is not large enough to accommodate boat storage. For alternative boat storage options, kindly contact Tahoe Getaways for assistance.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires..
