Built in 2009 and recognized as Sustainable Building of the Year by the Contractor's Association of Tahoe/Truckee, the home showcases exceptional craftsmanship—from dramatic timber beams and granite finishes to reclaimed wood flooring and a striking stone fireplace.

The open-concept main living area welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, rich wood accents, and a cozy, remote-controlled gas fireplace. Carefully curated, high-end furnishings create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, elegant wood cabinetry, generous counters, and a large center island—perfect for gathering with family and friends.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time and Night Time Occupancy is 6 adults, excluding children under twelve (12).
​​​​​​​2. Parking for 4 vehicles. 2 car garage and 2 in the driveway however driveway is short so smaller vehicles fit best. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While open for holidays, the NPOA Recreation Center may have limited hours on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Please check their website for accurate information regarding the facility's hours of operation.
4. Boat Storage: Please note that the driveway is not large enough to accommodate boat storage. For alternative boat storage options, kindly contact Tahoe Getaways for assistance.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires..
