"We’d booked a sea view room but then upgraded to one even larger and a bottle of chilled fizz! Wonderful to be able to sit by a bay window watching the activities in the estuary and harbour. Lots of drinks options in the room, tea, coffee hot chocolate and water. Breakfast was also excellent. Friendly helpful staff. We’ll be back! "

Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. "Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
