This villa is made up of 3 separate houses in a small complex with a private pool. They are modern, brand new and have ample space. It will always open 2 houses. The third house will remain closed and will only be opened for groups of a minimum of 23 people.

All houses have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for guests to use, as they have, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, ceramic hob, etc.
In total, it has 11 bedrooms in which there are 9 double beds and 11 single beds, as well as 4 sofa beds.
There are also seven complete bathrooms with showers.

In the outdoor area there are 2 porches and a terrace, with space to be in company outdoors. The pool is large, specifically 15x8 meters and up to 2.1 meters deep. The entire outdoor area has security cameras. The total area of the facility is 6,500 square meters. It also has a barbecue area where you can enjoy a good meal while sunbathing and having fun with your family or friends.

There is also an industrial kitchen that is used for event catering. This area will only be opened upon request, paying a supplement.

For any large-format event celebration, you will have to contact the owner in advance to sign a contract. The events will have a supplement depending on the number of people.

The access lane to the house is concreted and is easy to access. In addition, its proximity to the city of Malaga makes this house a great option.
