"Parking is atrocious. Beware extra wary if you have a hire car as the spaces are tiny and likelihood of getting a scratch is high as the spaces are so small and tightly packed.
Check in is annoying. All done digitally. I did everything 100% correct. And still had to call them to sort a hiccup out.
The room itself is horribly tired. Strange smell. And the bathroom is nothing more than a square metre. So you could literally shower while sitting on the toilet and using the sink at the same...

"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare.
There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems."

"Very bad experience. The room was dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets were not clean at all. The swimming pool was also extremely dirty and looked unhygienic. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can immediately feel the lack of cleanliness everywhere. There was also a bad smell throughout the hotel. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone."

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."
