"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

"Great after hours checkin system - painless! Room very comfortable, clean and convenient to the airport. Instructions very easy to follow. No face to face contact but friendly phone manner. I would mark down for not having a ramp to get to the lift from reception as it is one step down. Otherwise would stay here again. "

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left.
One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay.
Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"Check in and out was super fast. The room was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We booked here as it is about a 25 minute walk to Suncorp stadium but we ended up catching a Didi because it was raining which only cost about $7. "

"Good hotel with nice views down the river. Room was large, clean and comfortable, a little dated but all good. Hotel is a bit out of the way from the city and nothing really close by, it's an easy enough walk to Suncorp stadium and Caxton street and the also the CBD but no amenities in direct area. Also only had 1 lift running (2nd one said VIP use so not sure what that means) so it can be slow this was especially bad when had a fire alarm go off so everyone was lined up trying to get back to...
