"The hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location within the Brisbane. The mattress was quite soft and the pillows were flat and lumpy; perhaps they are due for replacement. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing for the price with quite a limited selection."

Part of its charm is the classic feel of the lobby (dating back to the late 60s), with its photos of historic buildings in Brisbane, plush furniture from another era and “old school” warmth. The staff are brilliant and the breakfast buffet is beyond compare ..."
