"Room was not ready or clean when we arrived. Room was not as advertised in photos (in fact, the building we were in did not match the photos online). Room has a smell. Everything is extra charge, if you need paper towels or fresh towels without musty smell. Cuatomer services rude and absent. Stay away."

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"We had a superior room and it was great. It included an island with a sink and coffee/tea maker. We had a window and could see the front facing the town and enjoyed it. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We had breakfast one day of our stay and it was very good with several choices on the buffet. The staff is wonderful! They were warm and welcoming every time we walked into the lobby and they gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants, all of which were excellent....

"This hotel was so aesthetic and cute! Absolutely loved the room. It was extremely spacious and clean and we loved the robes that came with the room. The first day we were there it was clear skies and the view was absolutely magical. The other nights we didn't have the best weather so it did get pretty windy since its on the water but the views were still amazing. Check in and out was extremely easy. Highly recommend if you are visiting Iceland and looking for something away from the city but...

"The whole experience with the place stood out. First, it’s conveniently located to places where we want to venture.Free parking also was the reason why we chose to stay here. It’s clean, spacious for the 5 of us. It feels homy, The rooms are big enough, beds are comfy, we used the kitchen to help us with our budget. We would definitely come back and stay here again given the chance. The instructions for self check-in was easy. Thank you."
