"Room had a left over crotch towel from the previous guest hanging up on the shower curtain rail. We carefully removed it and placed it in the hallway, and it was promptly picked up by the time we left the room 30 minutes later. Other than that the hotel and staff was great."

Delivered wrong drinks and brought the bread with the soup after the meal was served but were very apologetic and lovely. Food was excellent, Staff in the breakfast area however rude and ignorant. Ended up making an official complaint. It was a mixed bag really. Some customer training required to improve standards. "

"Mountain view(some construction going on off to the side). Slight traffic and snow plows through the night on nearby road. The Dome inside was beautiful and peaceful with everything you need. Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly...

"Leuke schone kamer (4 persoons met Vide) badkamer klein en gedateerd maar voldoet. Je ruikt de zwavel in het warme water wel, dus wees voorbereid op een iets minder aangename geur in de badkamer. Lekkere bedden en goed ontbijt. Prima parkeerplek voor de deur."

"They say first impressions count for everything and here it is really true. The 2 ladies on the reception were so incredibly friendly and helpful despite the fact we were 3 hours early to check in. One of them showed me the car park as I was a little unsure if I would be able to park a 4X4 down there (I could and did). They went above and beyond to help us. The property itself is inviting and warm with very clean rooms (we stayed in a suite which included parking). The bakery was incredible...
