El sentido de espacio es inmediatamente evidente, estando la puerta principal que conduce hacia una gran sala de recepción, que cuenta con un techo agudo de madera lustrada y exponiendo un elegante mobiliario que marca el tono del estilo refinado que se repite por toda la propiedad.

Puertas y arcos delinean cada lado de esta habitación para permitiendo un fácil acceso la las suites y zonas de estar que ocupan este piso mientras que una escalera atractiva tallada de la misma madera lujosamente colorida, a medida que el techo conduce el camino hacia el primer piso. Aquí, los dormitorios de la planta de alta están situados al lado de una zona de estar adicional, que permite acceso a la terraza del tejado de donde vistas panorámicas impresionantes de los alrededores pastoriles encantadores se pueden apreciar por completo.

También posicionado para aprovechar al máximo la magnífica vista es la piscina, colocada en una extensa terraza que incorpora una zona cubierta de barbacoa que además es convenientemente accesible a, desde la cocina y el comedor. Desde esta zona, los bañistas, los tomadores del sol y los chef de barbacoa, podrán contemplar el esplendor del valle, propio de una tarjeta postal, donde las palmeras ofrecen brillantes toques de color verde entre las casas agrupadas pintadas de blanco y laderas, ligeramente pendientes cubiertas de cactus y plantas tropicales se elevan más allá.

Un pintoresco paseo en coche de unos 8km por este atractivo paisaje le conducirá al pueblo de Teguise, conocido por su destacado ambiente, el antiguo capital de la isla y un elegante centro que alberga edificios nobles y hermosas iglesias entre un laberinto de calles antiguas. Muchos servicios y algunos excelentes restaurantes se pueden encontrar en este pueblo, así como el colorido mercadillo de la mañana de los domingos.

O si lo prefiere, podría tomar rumbo norte desde la casa a unos 9km hasta descubrir el agradable pueblo de Haría, conocido por los isleños como “El Valle de las mil Palmeras”, gracias a la abundancia de palmeras entremezcladas con sus casas de adorno floral.

If I could give this house 10 star's it still wouldn't be enough. Beautiful location

This house was lovely. One of the best houses my family and I have ever stayed in. I have travelled a lot with my children when they where young so stayed in a lot of villes, and now they are older all paren't them self's this house was ideal. The location for use was quiet and the house has everything you need, the suna was lovely and used everyday, the games room entertained my youngist son and my 2 grand children and the pool was clean and always warm. The barbaque was also lovely, we used it most nights as well. The house it's self was clean and spacious and the bedrooms are many so much space for everyone no one getting on top of each other. Such a beautiful home and my family and I will return again. We like the quietness and the location as we had cars and bikes to travel on when we needed to get out and about and the marker on the Sunday was lovely, we visited most things on the island but still there was lots more to do. Thank.you so much Jamie a very very lovely home.

Calme et tranquillité !

Une maison conforme à la description : grande et confortable. Le site est calme et reposant, la piscine est chauffée ! Le baby-foot, le billard et l'appareil de musculation ont fait le bonheur des petits et des grands. À notre arrivée, tous les lits étaient prêts et le linge de toilette était en quantité abondante. Quelques fruits et gâteaux nous attendaient sur la table. Les descriptifs présents dans la maison nous ont donné des idées de visite : l'île est magnifique et les paysages y sont variées… Le parc des oiseau "guinataé tropical Parc" est désormais fermé. Les chemins des environs (pas toujours bien indiqués) permettent de se promener (ou de courir pour les adepts de la course à pied)… mais j'ai parfois été ennuyé par des chiens : rien de bien méchant ! Bref, une belle maison au calme, éloignée des sites trop touristiques !

Great villa, however very far out

The villa was fantastic, and we all had a wonderful time. My only complaint was that the pool was absolutely filthy upon our arrival, with algae build-up around it. When we requested it be cleaned, we were told to wait four days until its designated cleaning day, meaning we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool at the start of our holiday. Additionally, the villa requires you to rent a car, which would have been useful information on the listing, as taxis were far too expensive for trips to town. However, buses were cheap. The property also needs information for visitors on where to put the rubbish bags. The games room is a fantastic feature of the property, and we never ran out of things to do. We would definitely stay again.

Remarkable Countryside Villa with Astounding Views

A wonderful villa that captures the essence of Lanzarote and the Canary Islands in its layout, materials and setting. Perched high on a hilltop in Los Valles very near Teguise, the climatized pool and outdoor dining area afford beautiful views of the topography in the area all the way down to Costa Teguise and the sea. The well-equipped kitchen has a large, American style refrigerator, oven, flat-top range and all necessary accoutrements. The basement has a sauna, some gym equipment, billiards and ping pong. A mirror at the end of the drive could help with merging out into traffic as the view is slightly limited. Host was responsive with inquiries, but the whereabouts of the pool skimmer remained a mystery. Excellent experience that left our family and friends (attending our wedding banquet) with magical memories.

needs some attention and some investment. Villa is great , perfect position if you want a quiet break, as it is in a quiet area, which suited us. Beds were great with memory foam mattresses, pool beds were very good and the patio is enormous, kids will have great time with pool table, table tennis & Fuzball.

Bella Vista

Das ist ist sehr gut geeignet für einen Besuch mit Freunden. Es ist so groß, das man sehr schön zusammen Essen kann aber sich auch aus dem Weg gehen kann.Wenn etwas ruhe haben möchte. Alle waren sehr froh über das schöne Haus.

MAGNIFIQUE

Très belle villa bien entretenue avec des équipements appréciables (billard, sauna ...). Les extérieurs sont magnifiques, tout est parfait pour des vacances idéales Emplacement idéal pour une visite de Lanzarote dotée d'un réseau routier parfait. Je conseille vivement cette villa . Pourrait être parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très agréable et conforme au descriptif. Elle est idéale pour une famille avec des adultes ou plusieurs couples car chacun peut disposer de son coin indépendant. Elle est moins adaptée pour des enfants du fait de la piscine non protégée et des nombreux escaliers. Très bien située pour ceux qui souhaitent être loin de la foule et sans trop s'éloigner des plages. Seules petites ombres au tableau : les équipements de la maison commencent à vieillir. Le lave-vaisselle est à bout de course; les équipements sportifs sont hors d'usage; il n'y a plus qu'une seule queue utilisable pour le billard; il a fallu 8 jours et plusieurs rappels pour que la piscine soit effectivement chauffée; le sous-sol sent la moisissure..... Et c'est la 1ère fois que nous devons insister fortement pour avoir un contact direct avec la personne en charge de la gestion lors de notre arrivée.

Spacious family villa

We booked this villa for two weeks to accommodate all of our family for a holiday during which our son got married. It was perfect for the family coming and going. Plenty of space and everything you could need. The children loved the games room in the basement - as did the Dads! The pool was perfect. Loads of outdoor space with magnificent views! Just a five minute drive to Teguise and 20 minutes into Costa Teguise. Ideally situated for sightseeing. Perfect family accommodation.

Amazing villa

The villa was even better than it looked on the photos. The photos made the pool area look a bit exposed but in fact it was quite sheltered and secluded. The villa sits on a slope in the village of Los Valles and has lovely views especially from the very large rooftop terrace. We were surprised when we could rent it for four people but we didn't feel it was too big for us. The central room with the two sitting rooms off it gave variety and the views from both sitting rooms were lovely. The pool and terrace were great places to relax and the pool was a comfortable temperature. We didn't use the barbecue area as the temperature dropped in the evening but in hotter weather it would be a good space to use to eat in. The villa is about 10 minutes from Teguise and only 20 from Arrecife so convenient for the airport and supermarkets. We also did a few walks in the area and it was easy to get to some excellent views from the top of the nearby hills. The games in the garage were a real bonus and if the weather had been poorer would have been good to use more than we did although we did use the room every night. So I would say the villa is ideal for a family or a couple of families who want to holiday in Lanzarote away from the beach resorts. There were several good beaches nearby and the main tourist attractions were no more than 30 minutes away by car. The only improvement we would suggest is some pool toys!

Impressive Villa in a fantastic location

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in Finca Bellavista. It really is a very impressive place and perfectly located 15 mins to a great surf beach, 2 mins to a lovely resturant just up the hill (amazing views and food!) and 5 mins to the lovely Teguise with all its cafes, restuarants and little cobbled streets, and all the wonderful landscape that Lanzarote has to offer. The house is spectacular and our boys could not believe we had the whole place to ourselves! They thoroughly enjoyed the space and the games room, table tennis, and particularly the sauna and the heated pool which is large enough to swim and have fun in. The terrace is enormous and the views from here and the upper terrace out over the volcanic landscape were breathtaking. The house and kitchen is well equiped and although the nights were chilly (in March) there were heaters and blankets in the living rooms and bedrooms which are off the cavernous entrance hall. I could rattle on about how wonderful this place is but I want to make sure it is available for next time as we would definitely like to return! Thankyou Julia and Josep for a fantastic holiday.

Large property

The property is very very spacious, especially the main entrance hall/sitting area; the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and very big too. Julia from the management company was very helpful but not intrusive during our stay, checkin/out was easy. Kitchen was well equipped apart from it not having an extractor fan above the hob. The pool heating was good, a bit cold in the beginning but after that pleasantly warm. The tiles around the pool are quite slippery; there was a sign but they are VERY slippery. The steps down into the pool could have done with a hand rail, also the last step was not horizontal. The sporting facilities downstairs are a real bonus, especially the sauna. All in all a very nice place to spend a holiday in Lanzarote.

Die Villa im Norden von Lanzarote (nächst größerer Ort Teguise) ist riesengroß und für größere Gruppen gut geeignet. Schön gelegen, mit angenehmer Sonneneinstrahlung im Tagesverlauf. Schöner Blick über die Umgebung, jedoch ist der Poolbereich so gut wie nicht einsehbar von außerhalb. Unterhalb der Villa führt eine Straße vorbei, was aber nicht stört. Die Villa, die Anlage und der Pool waren sauber. Die Zimmer sind schlicht aber schön. Bei Ankunft wurden wir bereits erwartet und haben eine Führung durch das Haus erhalten. Auch ein toller Grundbedarf an Essen und Trinken waren vorhanden Verschiedene Gewürze, Öl etc. waren auch vor Ort. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, einzig Geschirr ist für Gruppen über 6 Personen etwas knapp, so hatten wir kaum Weingläser (auf Nachfrage haben wir jedoch binnen zwei Tagen neue Weingläser erhalten). Während des Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool, die Anlage und die Bäder nach 7 Tagen gereinigt und die Handtücher + Bettwäsche getauscht. Alles nach vorheriger Absprache :) Neben dem Pool existiert noch eine Sauna, die auch sehr sauber ist und Platz für 6 Leute bietet. Von dem Haus aus kann man mit dem Auto viele schöne Ausflüge machen (meist binnen max. 30 Minuten one-way, nur bis Playa blanca ca. 50 Minuten). Auch mit dem Rad kann man tolle Touren unternehmen. Ohne Auto (oder Rad) kommt man aber so gut wie nicht weg. Es fährt zwar ein Bus vor der Haustür, jedoch nur in unregelmäßigen Abständen. Zur Umgebung: Wie gesagt viele tolle Ausflüge (Wanderungen; Radtouren; Weingüter besuchen; Vulkanspalte; Strand mit Reiten in Famaras; für Kartliebhaber: Lanzarote Karting!) Gerade in Teguise und Famaras sind einige schöne Restaurants (Cantina Teguise, Dunas de Famaras...). Einzig größere, gut sortierte Supermärkte sind weiter weg (ca. 15-20 Minuten Richtung Arrecife). Alles in allem waren wir mehr als zufrieden und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genonssen!

Großzügige Villa

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr viel Platz, man kann sehr gut kochen oder draußen grillen. Der Pool ist auch super und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Man auch gut für sich sein. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit traumhafter Aussicht

Sehr nette Hausverwalter, jederzeit erreichbar und versuchen Probleme direkt zu lösen. Grandiose Aussicht. Nachts aufgrund wilder Hunde etwas laut, durch deren Bellen. Angaben im Inserat zutreffend, gibt nichts zu meckern.

La villa est très agréable à vivre. Nous étions 4 couples et chacun à son espace et sa salle de bain. Le sous-sol aménagé avec le sauna, le billard et le ping-pong est très sympa lorsque nous sommes avec de jeunes adultes. Il y a malheureusement quelques points négatifs à relever: le ménage était mal fait à notre arrivée (cuisine grasse et sanitaires pas propre), la cuisine n’était pas très bien équipée (difficile de faire vraiment à manger pour 8) et pas d’eau chaude pour faire la vaisselle, l’eau chaude pour prendre une douche était aléatoire, nous attendons toujours que le wifi fonctionne, la personne qui devait être l’intermédiaire sur place ne répondait jamais lorsqu’il y avait un problème à régler, heureusement le propriétaire était réactif et sympathique par mail. En conclusion, cette maison manque d’entretien pour être tout à fait sympathique !

10 Fantastic days in the Sun

Thank you Jaime/Josep/Elena, We have had a wonderful stay at your villa and have returned home refreshed, tanned and raring to return. Despite the Calema from the Sahara giving us a sandy cloudy start it soon brightened up and we have made the most of the pool/patio and surroundings. Richard thoroughly enjoyed the cycling in the north of the island (and having so much space in the garage for tinkering with his bike!). We visited Cesar Manrique's home/museum in Haria and recommend it to all your visitors as it explains so much as to why Lanzarote remains such a gem rather than having been ruined like the south coast of Spain. The space at the villa was superb and not overwhelming despite our small party of 3 !! We cannot wait to return with the rest of the family to share its idyllic location with them. Großzügige Villa mit Traumblick

Großzügig, sehr gut ausgestattet, netter Willkommensgruß, toller Pool mit Terrasse uns traumhaften Ausblick, schöne Zimmer . Für 7 Personen fast etwas zu groß, aber ideal für Gruppen oder 2 - 3 Familien. War ein schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank!
