"The hotel is well located, room was solid. The A/C in my room wasn’t working, instead of offering to move me I went back to the room at night to a note saying they got me a heater - which they didn’t. Staff was kind and tried to help but time and time again I was told one thing and got another."

"What a charming hotel! All the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. As a VIP member I received a chilled bottle of white wine and some delicious popcorn! The room was spacious enough to hold 5 luggage bags!! I was traveling for between two work conferences. I traveled with my sister and we had two queen beds. The queen beds were so comfortable, it made some mornings difficult to get out of bed and head to our work conference! I never made it to breakfast but did have a cup of...

"Room was clean and nice. We loved our bathroom which was quite large and had an area for our luggage so it wasn’t in our bedroom space. Location was great for us with plenty of food and walkable sites nearby. Shower could use an update but that would be our only nitpicky request"
