"The rooms were nice and very clean. While the hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, there were no special amenities. The hotel is located in a convenient spot to walk nearly everywhere in San Francisco. Super nice and attentive staff."

"Wir haben 2 Nächte im CitizenM verbracht. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, was vor dem buchen bekannt und somit für uns in Ordnung war. Wir hatten 2 große Koffer und mussten das Zimmer etwas umstellen um diese öffnen zu können. Der Ausblick war eine gegenüberliegende Betonwand. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut hat uns das iPad für die Raumsteuerung gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Frühstück klassisch amerikanisch und gut.
