House Rules:

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation to rude or disrespectful guests. Harassment or verbal abuse of staff may result in termination of your stay.

• Early Check-Ins
Early check-ins are not guaranteed. You must request approval for any check-in before 4 PM.

• Late Checkouts
Late checkouts require management approval. Unapproved late checkouts past 11 AM will incur a charge for an additional night at full price.

• Packages
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the house.

• Maintenance
We rely on our maintenance team for repairs. Please be patient, as non-emergency requests may take time.

• Pets
Pets are allowed with a one-time fee of $115.

• Keys/Fan Remotes
Damaged or missing smart locks incur a $500 fee.

• Parties
No parties or excessive noise are allowed. Violating this rule will result in a minimum $1,000 fine.

• Smoking
Smoking on the property incurs a $1,000 fee. Devices detect smoke and vapes, so please smoke off property.

• Cleaning
Our cleaning fee is based on guest courtesy. Excessive mess will incur a $500 charge.

• Extra Towels/Linens
If you need additional towels, please check the dryer as our housekeeping staff may be busy.
