"Our family stayed here in June 2024, the house is clean and has plenty of space. Views from the back deck are incredible and being right on the beach is the number one reason to rent this house. Fully stocked kitchen, air conditioner gets icy cold, plenty of room for two adults, three teenagers and a dog. Communication with the owner was great, they were very attentive and welcoming. "We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!"

"This is a very nice property. It is clean, beautifully decorated and has views of the beach. It’s the perfect distance from shopping and restaurants. The owner is very nice. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The beds and showers were great! There just a couple things to note: there are a couple of shabby looking trailers between the property and the beach. Your focus will be drawn to the gorgeous view of the ocean but some folks might be disappointed by this. Do not let this dissuade you from...

"We absolutely loved our stay!! Two thoughts on improvement would be a sliding screen door on the upper level that worked. And maybe a note saying that the deck steps to beach are slightly steep, May be difficult for the elderly. We navigated them just fine with caution, but my parents would have had difficulty. Other than that we loved it, very walkable to restaurants and night time hangouts !!!"

"House was very clean and had all the supplies and cooking dishes and utensils needed. The only big issue was the beach access across the street. The stairs to get to the beach are COMPLETELY covered in DEEP sand. We had two people in our party that were unable to go down on the beach all week due to that. They needed stairs and easy access."

"I was worried when I read the reviews about the black mold but there was no mold! Clean. Beautiful marsh view. Pretty easy walk to the beach. Plenty of supplies already in house. Soap shampoo toilet paper. So nice to not have to provide. Golf cart broke down ☹️. LOTS of stairs! All in all it was a great place. Needs a couple more pots, side tables to put drinks on around sofas. Would definitely recommend though."
