Tip-Sea Turtle- Ocean & Sound views- Golf cart

Stunning 4-bedroom 3-bathroom beach getaway. This home features a reverse floor plan to capitalize upon the view of the ocean and sound. One king master suite with a private bath located on the first floor, two additional bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a full over twin bunk and additional full bed that share a hallway bathroom. 2nd king master suit is located on the top level near the kitchen, dining room area and living room. Comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Linens (sheets, towels, etc.) are provided.

Guests may enjoy our street legal 6 passenger golf cart for an additional rental fee- The cart is registered with Surf City for free parking. Golf cart fee $425 Weekly rate. If staying less than 7 nights the fee is $60 per day.

The house is dog friendly with a non-refundable $35 per day fee. 2 dogs max. No charge for the 2nd dog.

Kick back, relax and enjoy views of the ocean from the second level. Vaulted living room ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, new stainless-steel appliances, each bedroom has a sliding door with deck access, parking under home paved and covered, enclosed outdoor shower, gas grill, Roku TV with WIFI. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers are provided along with additional beach toys and a buggy to make a trip to the beach a breeze.

The house is only a couple blocks from the world-famous Trailer Bar, one of Topsail Island’s most famous entertainment institutions. Other attractions in walking distance include, Surf City Line, Night-Club Tortugas Nest, 10th St. Bar & Grill, & Hulas.

We STRONGLY recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please review the cancellation policy prior to booking.

Topsail Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Contacted Brittany and she was very prompt at communicating and taking care of them! It is great to work with someone who really cares about your stay! Thank you Brittany!!

Great home!

Great home for our spring family vacation! The home was well furnished and even came with linens (wish we would have known because we had already rented them from a linen company.) Definitely rent the golf cart, It was the highlight of our trip!

Perfect vacation home

Cleanliness, location and comfort! This home was perfect for my adult son, my teenaged daughter, our puppy and myself to visit my oldest son who lives in Surf City. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, entire home was very clean and the location is great! The decks are fantastic for sunrises and sunsets. Communication was great and check in/out very easy. I hope to return this summer and would definitely stay in this home again!

Perfect all around!

What a great place to stay for a wonderful location! Property is exactly as described. A++++++ on cleanliness. Brittany was quick to respond to any questions I had. I can't say enough good stuff about this property! Well stocked kitchen-and the outdoor amenities were fun- Bikes, cornhole boards, etc. Definitely will rent again and refer anyone I know going to Surf Ctiy/Topsail Island!

Long weekend for wedding

Our first trip to Surf City area. We needed a pet friendly place for family and friends attending a wedding in North Topsail. This was perfect! Great location, cottage set up, accommodations, well equipped, clean and the golf cart a wonderful addition. FRBO host was the best!! Will go back.

Terrific Place!!

Home (definitely a HOME, not just a HOUSE) is great -- clean, well-equipped, nice views from decks, quick walk to beach, on a quiet street near the canals. Brittany is wonderful to work with -- so pleasant and accommodating, and responds to questions/requests quickly. This is our second year renting the property, and fully intend to return next year!! Rented the beach house for 8 adults. House was just as described, plenty of room for all of us. Beautiful beach, great location. Host provided a lot of helpful information. Rented the golf cart, would highly recommend.

Loved this house!

We just returned from a week’s stay and it was wonderful. It accommodated our group of 8 just perfect. It is a comfortable clean property. The beds were great. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. We really enjoyed the porches with a wonderful sea breeze. You could even catch of glimpse of the ocean from the top level. The owner is wonderful as well. Great communication and quick responses. We will definitely book again.

Perfect getaway

This beach rental was the perfect match for our family to enjoy a nice October extended beach weekend. It was nice, having kids, being situated off the busy street and we enjoyed riding bikes along the back canal streets. This was a close enough walk to the beach for my 3yr old and 5 yr old as well. We had a great time!

Beautiful Home, Hospitable Host

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Short walk to the beach and beautiful views from all of the balconies. House was very clean, plenty large enough for all of us, and came well stocked with most everything we needed during our stay. Brittany was super kind and helpful. "Do we really have to leave to come home?"

From start to finish, this property was PERFECT! Brittany was absolutely wonderful to correspond with and the home was not only gorgeous, but well supplied, well located, and just PERFECT! Comfort, beauty, and everything you could need was there. Even on the rainy days there were corn hole boards, games, etc. to keep us busy while grilling out. The distance between the beach and canals was spot on and the neighborhood was super friendly. We had our doggies with and they loved sitting on all of the decks to relax as much as we did. Have to say, this is the first vacation in a REALLY REALLY long time that I really didn't want to leave. Our college kids are already wanting to book for next year! Thank you Brittany for the use of your lovely home <3

Family Getaway

We visited Surf City/Topsail for the first time with our two daughters and small dog for 5 nights to getaway and kickoff summer. The home is gorgeous and well equipped! Easy walk to the uncrowded beach, plenty of shell collecting and very relaxing. The wheel broke on the beach wagon and Brittany quickly replaced the wagon next morning! Lots of great seafood restaurants and snack places around. Fractured Prune doughnuts and Daddy Mac’s were our faves. The Island Delights is very good too! Beautiful and QUIET neighborhood! Porch sitting was so relaxing and breezy. Large TV in all the BR and LR. The home and property was spotless, spacious and well maintained. Brittany replies to messages within minutes. We will definitely come back! 🏖

Wedding week

We stayed last week for 5 days - my son was getting married in Jacksonville (about 30 minutes away). The house is lovely, very clean, decorated beautifully. Very beachy without being cheesy. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed. You can stand on the upper deck and see the ocean on one side and the intercostal water on the other. That is where I spent most of my time! There is public beach access very close. There were four of us for most of the week and then the rest of our party joined on Friday night. There is plenty of room for all of us. Brittany was quick to call back when we had questions. We had an emergency on checkout day and one of our party needed to go the ER and she was very kind and let us leave two hours later. I would love to go back when we could spend more time in the house instead of driving back and forth to Jacksonville.
