"The hotel was in a perfect location. The room number 328 was awful. No view whatsoever. Big industrial pipes blocked all the light. Cleaners wanted to come & clean the room at 6 in the evening which really wasn't good enough as we were always getting ready to go out so for 2 nights no cleaning. Ask to upgrade room but was told not possible. For anyone wishing to stay at this hotel, book a room from the 10th floor upwards & with a view."

"Great hotel at a very convenient location near Times Square. The staff were amazing and made our stay very comfortable. I had shared that we were celebrating our Mom’s 75th birthday and the hotel had a birthday card, goody bag, balloons and sparkling juice as a gift for her in the room which was very thoughtful of them. The breakfast everyday was great too especially the fresh waffles we could make. The kids loved the experience. Overall a great experience at the hotel."

"This property was just OK. But, elevators were horrible. Waited and waited -one never came…ended up using the steps. Thank goodness I was on the third floor. Breakfast was overcrowded- not enough seating. (And I arrived there before 8am because the Check in receptionist suggested it. Note-it was a random Tuesday- not a weekend) I have stayed at Hampton Inns…and I really love them overall. This one was sub par. Perhaps this property is in a city (NYC) that brings too much foot...

Staff very nice and helpful. HVAC fine. Good black- out shades. Included breakfast just OK. Afternoon included wine and cheese on top floor good. Downtown location excellent...

Messed up our entire afternoon due to this as we couldn't change for our 4PM dinner with a bunch of friends. I expect $35 refund due to this parking issue."
