"We arrived at 10am and had to pay $55 at check in for early arrival. The room that we were checked into had no AC. It in fact was broken the whole day we were there. Before I left to the Mets game that day, I asked if someone could go up there to fix it. We came back from the game around 10:30PM and they put us in a new room around 11:30pm that night. They moved us to another room which had ants on the floor which made it to our bed. Nothing was done besides the $55 feet for the early check...

"Property was good. Employee in the morning. She was horrible. She come front of my door arguing telling me to check out me . 3 days they didn’t give me room service. They said they clean every 3 days. So I clean my room. "
