"did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming"

"Incredible property with lovely amenities."

"roaches everywhere"

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"No"

"El dueño respondió a mi solicitud me tuvo listo el parqueo viene limpieza está cerca del aeropuerto de Newark y cerca de New York precio asequible gracias por su atencion"

"Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. "

"Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. There was also hair on the pillows as if the pillowcases weren’t changed. There were people up in the shared living area and very loud until after 1 am. Worst experience I have ever had. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay."

"Very nice!"

"It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."

"Me gusto la atención y preocupación que tuvieron en mi viaje llegue muy tarde al aeropuerto y en todo momento estuvieron pendientes de mi hasta que pude llegar al hotel, el lugar es muy tranquilo y pude descansar muy bien después de un largo viaje "
