"We loved being so close to the center of Mystic! We would have loved to have nicer weather to enjoy the bikes and kayaks, but with a Nor’Easter bearing down on us, we just enjoyed watching the brackish water and blowing sideways rain through the water facing picture window from the comfort and warmth of The Bluffs house lower level. "It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code."
