Said it was pet friendly, then said no pets allowed through the rental company. We had a dog above us in the condo. So we had to leave our dog home. Would have been nice to have accurate info. "

"The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. "The condo had everything we needed- plenty of space, all kitchen things, etc. the location was fantastic and the deck beautiful. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. However, the surfaces weren’t very clean. The floor left our socks black, there was pet hair on the side tables, stains on the couches, and the bathroom trash can hadn’t be emptied before we checked in."

"The location, cleanliness, and ease of checkin were fantastic. The property itself is spacious and homey. Wish there was a later checkout like 12pm instead of 10am or that it were easier to request a late checkout the day prior since we have two little kids and things felt like a time squeeze at the end. Highly recommend booking here!"

"Overall great. However, there are three things that need attention. First, the lights in the bedroom do not turn on. Second, the bedroom has no dresser or scene a shelf to put clothes on (had to live out a suitcase despite having a full bedroom). Third, the bathroom needs a shampoo- for all Wet and then realized no shampoo. This looks like a new remodel property so we suspect these are just the growing pains of getting into a new cadence, but those three things would be important to most...

"Well-kept condo. The team was responsive and quick to replace a missing teapot. We came for a ski race at Mt. Bachelor and the location was perfect with a short drive to the hill and the unit had space for all the skis and gear."

"Beautiful, clean, well stocked condo. Excellent location. Excellent communication with management group. Only thing I would change is the 5 pm check in time. Fortunately we were able to get in early but had to text throughout the day to firm up a time and it was difficult to plan our adventures around this process."
