Harbourside 3312 – Free Waterpark Passes, Balcony Views, Walk to Beach & Dining

Amazing location! This two-bedroom two-bath unit is located in an Intracoastal waterfront resort featuring a waterpark, dining, tiki bar, and boat rentals. This unit in Harbourside at Marker 33 is a newer addition to the wonderful small community of Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of amenities come with this rental including 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day, free parking and Wi-Fi, walking distance to several great restaurants and shops, and is only 2 blocks away from the beach where you can catch some world-famous sunsets.

This two-bedroom two two-bathroom condo offers a relaxing, quiet atmosphere and beachy home feeling. It is beautifully decorated and has all-new appliances!

**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**

Kitchen: The kitchen feels airy with white cabinets and granite countertops. All new full-sized appliances are fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Has a microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle pot, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.

Dining Area: Past the kitchen is the dining room with enough seating for six guests.

Living Area: The living space has a nice, open concept with lots of natural light. There's a sofa, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a door leading to your own balcony.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, dresser, TV, writing desk, and master bath.

Bedroom #2: The guest bedroom also has two queen-sized beds, a ceiling fan, a dresser, doors leading to a small bonus balcony, and an en-suite bathroom

Bathroom #1 (master en-suite): The master bathroom has a modern granite top vanity sink and large shower. No tub.

Bathroom #2 (en-suite): Has a granite top vanity sink and tub/shower combo with handicap-accessible bars.

Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen for convenience.

Outdoors: Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal waterway from your private balcony with a morning cup of coffee, or an afternoon cocktail. It has relaxing loungers and a dining table to enjoy any of your meals. Enjoy 4 complimentary water park passes for Splash Harbour Water Park! Please note that there is no pool outside of the waterpark.

*This property has an elevator. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: This unit provides (1) Harbourside Resort parking pass and (1) Splash Harbour Water Park parking pass. No assigned parking. No designated guest parking. Some street-side parking spots along 2nd St.

This condo offers plenty of amenities. You can spend your day at the beach that's just 2 blocks away or choose to spend it at the on-site "Splash Harbour" water park. Rental includes 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day. The park has two 42-foot water slides, a lazy river, a large zero-entry pool, plenty of sun loungers, a tiki bar, quick service food, and an area for the smallest guests in the kid's zone with size-appropriate slides and water features. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. There's also an arcade, mini golf, and restaurant on the property.

It is conveniently located within walking distance of Jimmy Guana's, The Original Crabby Bills, VIP Mexican Restaurant, Eatin' Fresh, JD's Restaurant & Bar, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.

We have stayed in this unit three summers in a row. The condo is clean and stocked with necessities to get started. The proximity to the beach and restaurants/shops is perfect for our family of 5. The condo is exactly as described and pictured.

Stay #2

This is our second year staying in this exact unit and we loved it as much this year as last. The location is convenient for beach access as well as close to restaurants. The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook meals. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. The balconies offered great outside spaces and perfect places to sit and drink coffee in the mornings.

Misleading Description

We stayed in this unit the first week of January. Upon arrival I was a little disappointed in the complex and condominium (dated and a bit run down) but nothing too bad especially considering how affordable it was. The major issue was when I discovered that the balcony off of the guest room is open to the common hallway of the complex. There is also a second door in the guest room that leads to the exterior hallway and it is a hotel door meaning that, even if you lock it, it opens when the knob is turned. The door(s) from that bedroom to the kitchen are double doors used to make two hotel rooms adjoining. So both have handles and locks on one side and nothing on the other. The balcony door is glass and the hall lights are on all night. Traveling with our two children, these are features we were not comfortable with. Had we known about the balcony we simply would have selected a different unit. I immediately sent a text to the management company, which is the only contact provided. I was basically told the balcony was disclosed and that was that. After the vacation I tried to reach out to the owner, those messages were answered by someone named Erika who then communicated with the management company to see if they would refund the service fees which was my request. They would not. She also stated she would work with them to add the information to the listing. Weeks later and it has not been. The unit is fine, the water park thing is fine, location very good.

Perfect family vacation!

This place is the best! The room is the perfect size for two small families or one extended family. Just steps from the beach (2 min walk) and daily passes to the water park make for plenty of options to keep things fun! Check out Chicago Jacqs pizza and VIP for great meals. The property management team was also great. Very responsive and helpful. This was our second trip here and we simply love it!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, spacious, had all the amenities you need and was very quiet inside. We enjoyed watching dolphins in the intercoastal from the balcony. It’s a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Only suggestion would be to replace the couch which had minimal support. Overall, great condo! We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nicely supplied with beach towels, kitchen supplies, etc. The lication of property is great, short walk to restaurants and beach. The management company was amazing. If we had any problems they were quick to respond and fix. The only suggestion I would make is to replace the sofa because you can feel the springs and bar of sleeper sofa, not very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We loved this property. The condo was exactly as pictured, if not better. It was close walking distance to the beach and the water park. The property manager was great to work with. The condo was clean and cozy. The 2 balconies were excellent for morning coffee and enjoying the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place at the wrong time

We enjoyed our stay. I have no issues with the unit we stayed in. It was very clean and the rental agency was quick to respond when a question arose. I would suggest replacing the couch. It lacks any support when sitting on it. Wrong time is a Holiday weekend. The beach and water park were packed. However it was peaceful and respectful. Restaurants were not overwhelmed.

Beautiful spot!

Our family loved this beautiful spot! The pool/water park were fun for part of the day and then we walked a short distance to the beach for the rest of it. They had a closet of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys we could use. The condo came with towels and was well stocked with everything for the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved sitting on the balcony - and we were so thankful it was peaceful and quiet there! Easy parking with the permit and walking distance to shops and eating. Highly recommend the bakery nearby! We were so thankful for such a clean and well cared for place.

Will be back for sure!

Absolutely everything you could want in a vacation rental for inside and out. Having 2 porches was great with plenty of seating on each porch. Kitchen had everything you could imagine to cook with. The beds were all super comfortable. The entire place is beautifully decorated. Huge bonus as they provided beach towels and had a closet with beach chairs, beach wagon, surg boards and an umbrella. Only complaint is the keypad entry was temperamental and only 1 of the 2 electronic keys worked. We were told the lock would be replaced at some point.
