"The house was clean, well styled, well maintained and absolutely more gorgeous than the photos. We loved how well the home has been restored, eg. amazing water pressure, nice hot water, high end finishes, while maintaining the original architecture! The home was peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay, including for our infant. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer!"

"Das Haus war wunderschön und hatte alles was versprochen wurde, eher sogar besser als Online dargestellt. Die einzigen kleinen Problemen waren die Sauberkeit, welche etwas besser hätte sein können, aber noch im Rahmen war und die Kommunikation für die Übergabe des Schlüssels."

"The place was fantastic, pool definitely the highlight and an easy 15 min walk into town square. Know that you’ll need to stay on top of trash/floor sweeping each day to avoid ants but I the views of Soller (with views from pool and house) and pool make this a 5 star stay."

"I d give a 9,5 over 10. Incredible view. 3 Large bedrooms all with great view. All furnitures and kitchen top. Only one negative note : in the lower master bedroom you do hear quite strongly the water pump. Difficult to fix eventhough the manutention guy did try."

The house has a lot of charm, with lemon and almond trees in the orchard, and sheep in the surrounding fields. Die moderne Architektur, das schöne Grundstück, der großzügige Pool und die ruhige Lage bilden ein sehr gelungenes Gesamtpaket. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar. Kann man wirklich sehr empfehlen. Gerne wieder 😊"

"Die "Casa Julia" ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Super Lage, sehr ruhig und trotzdem schnell in der Stadt. Schöner Pool, Hollywoodschaukel, billiardtisch und volleyballfeld. Außerdem gibt es sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"We have just got back from a lovely week! The villa is so nice, very clean and a really modern kitchen. The pool is definitely the best bit, it's a nice size and very clean. Carlos the owner was very responsive to any queries we had. There is a photo of a bath in the pictures but there is no bath there. The only thing I would say is if you are taking a baby then bring a travel cot and maybe a travel highchair but apart from that, 5 star! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Das Haus ist wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge gelegen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterasse ist grandios. Das Haus ist riesig und sehr geschmackvoll zum Stil des Hauses eingerichtet. Der Weg in die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuss zu machen. Das Autofahren in Soller ist ein kleines Abenteuer und nichts für schwache Nerven. Der Aufenthalt war großartig."

"Our family consisting of 8 persons aged from 13 to 85 spent a wonderful week at Finca Son Pol. The house is awesome, equipped with everything you could think of and more.... Every bedroom has a big bathroom, which was much appreciated. The house is equipped with the latest technology as regards heating, cooling and hot water. There is no noisy air conditioning and the temperature is always very comfortable. We appreciated that the house is built to meet with ecological standards. The salt water...
