Welcome to The Cowboy! Bring all your family and friends to this fully remodeled and stylish 5 BR cabin in the heart of Wears Valley.

Amazing location, NO steep roads, full amenities, sleeps 14 across 3 levels, you can't go wrong!!

Close to attractions and get free access to an amazing community POOL and stocked fishing pond just 4 minutes down the road.

*A fully executed rental agreement will be required upon completion of booking.

- 5 BR/ 3.5 Bath over 3 levels
- Main Level: Master w/ 1 King Bed En Suite, Kitchen, Dining, Living, Deck w/ Hot Tub, Half Bath by entry
- Upstairs: 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) with shared bath
- Lower Level: Game Room w/ twin bunks and games galore, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 with two full beds) Shared Bath
- Smart TV's in all rooms BYO Passwords
- Grill: There is a 3 foot charcoal grill outside to the left of the cabin. Ash bucket, brush and grill utensils supplied.

- Pool is located at Honeysuckle Meadows RV Park and is seasonal and typically closes end of September/October and opens March/April

You get the whole house!

I will be available from 8am-8pm to communicate with over the platform.

With three levels, there is plenty of room for being together or for spreading out from the loft to the main level to the lower level game room. Majestic mountain setting yet in the middle of town. It truly doesn't get better than that.

Items to Note:

We provide starter supplies for our guests: 1 single use shampoo and bar of soap per bathroom, 1 sponge, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 laundry detergent packet, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 small liquid dish soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per full bathroom. All other cabin supplies will need to be providing by the guests i.e. charcoal, etc.

Internet/ TV: We have Wi-Fi set up at the cabin as well as Smart TV's so you can login to all of your favorite streaming platform. BYO Passwords

Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your legal unexpired driver's license or passport

Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Deposit to be processed by host on guests credit card. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.

Nice cabin for the money. Didn't seem finished all the way though. Some trim pieces and lights were not secured properly. Also some lights didn't work and about 30% of the windows did not have any blinds or curtains. Driveway is very steep and does not have a level spot on it. The driveway is gravel and not paved. This is not the cabin for you if you have motorcycles. The upstairs bathroom is for kids only. Over all it was a nice place at a fair price.

Cowboy Comfort

Property was nice. We enjoyed our stay. Property is located close to entertainment and activities. However, the house lack some of the necessary items needed for daily lifestyles, ie functioning iron, a mop, etc. There were a good bit of spider webs throughout the house.

Family Vacay!

We were a group of 14 traveling from Ohio & VA with ages ranging from 1-50. I am a native of SWVA and know the area well but bringing family from different places especially it being their first time, this home felt like HOME! It was clean, spacious & very accommodating. Our host was very attentive and made sure we were enjoying our stay! The highlight was being away from traffic but around enough things to have us keep focused on relaxing but also close enough to be around everything to enjoy in the Smokey Mountains!

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Having two bedrooms on bottom floor as well as bunk beds in the game room allowed all our kids to be together. The cabin was conveniently located and comfortable.

The house was perfect for our extended family and the location was convenient to both shopping and Dollywood. The kitchen was well equipped and Megan, our host, was quick to answer questions when they came up. No problems during our stay and everything was perfect

Amazing Stay

The Cowboy is amazing! 30 minutes from Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and spacious for the entire family. Directions were easy to follow and Madison is an amazing host! Quick communication and was very helpful. This will be our “Go To” property from here on out!

Absolutely spectacular!

The Cowboy was amazing and Megan was a spectacular host. She checked in on us every day we were there. We had no issues and the cabin had everything we needed as a family! Wears Valley is our favorite place to stay so we can get away from some of the touristy areas of the Smoky Mountains, The Cowboy was perfect for us!

Perfect cabin in the woods!

The Cowboy was a perfect getaway for my family. Location is great! Not too far up the mountain but far enough to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Megan was an AMAZING host. She had messaged me a couple times during our stay to check in and make sure we didn’t have any questions or issues. The cabin is gorgeous and decorated so cute and was very clean. Everyone had their own bed and space for quiet time but then we all hung out in the game room downstairs every night. Kids and adults loved the pool table and video games. Each night we made dinner in the well stocked kitchen and sat outside on the rocking chairs and took in the scenery. Hot tub was so relaxing and we also enjoyed the fishing and pool access a short 5 minute drive away. No complaints from any of us. I highly recommend The Cowboy for your Smokey Mountain getaway!!

Grandkids Getaway

We loved this place! Plenty of room for the twelve of us, all the grandchildren enjoyed the downstairs game room and beds to sleep in. They had lots of fun and the adults as well shooting pool and playing the video arcade and soaking in the hot tub. The Cowboy theme is awesome and we liked the ease of accessibility with no steep roads. Will stay again!!

Amazing property and amazing hostess!

The property is beautifully decorated and everything was very clean when we entered. Megan was amazing at answering all of my questions and replied extremely quickly anytime we had a concern. If you’re having a big family trip this is absolutely the place to stay!!

Annual family cacation

Great property for all ages. The kids the loved the gaming area, which was especially helpful during the rain. Great location and close to amenities. The drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge were scenic, and it didn’t feel like it took long at all.

Great Family Weekend!

Wonderful Cabin!

We all enjoyed our stay at The Cowboy. The children enjoyed the game room and hot tub; the pool table was a plus for the adults too. Two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, master bedroom off of living room with full bath and two bedrooms downstairs off of the game room with bunk beds and full bath. Everyone said their mattresses were so comfortable and slept very well every night. Megan was an excellent Host and responded quickly to all questions.

Perfect In Every Way

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we booked. The host was great with staying in touch. Our group was a mixture of friends and family with age ranges from 6 months on up. Lots of space for everyone and beautifully decorated. This place had everything we needed and then some. I would definitely book again for future trips. We also loved the cute little community this cabin was in and that it was just a short drive Pigeon Forge.
