A solo una cuadra del paseo marítimo de Seaside Heights, este lugar tiene todo lo que necesitas para una escapada de verano rápida con diversión local y entretenimiento a tu alrededor. A pocos pasos de su aterrizaje, se encontrará en los famosos paseos y juegos del Casino Pier, en el parque acuático Breakwater Beach o en el karts de putter-putt Smuggler's Cove.

El apartamento es un espacio acogedor, limpio y familiar, a solo una cuadra del paseo marítimo y la playa. Esta unidad con aire acondicionado tiene dos dormitorios, un baño completo y una cocina completa, así como también una agradable sala de estar para pasar el rato o mirar la televisión. Un dormitorio incluye una cama tamaño queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas nido y el sofá ubicado en el salón tiene una reina escondida. Ropa de cama, toallas de baño y toallas de playa se proporcionan en el apartamento. Todos los muebles y electrodomésticos están en buenas condiciones y en buen estado de funcionamiento, incluida una cafetera, tostadora, microondas, cocina a gas y refrigerador. I would like to thank Lisa for being a great host. We don't drink wine but she left 2 bottles of her homemade wine. We left them for the next guests. The apt is bright, airy and comfy. New soft towels, everything you would need. The 6 beach badges, beach towels and beach toys, all available. The outdoor space was nice. That's where we'd sit in the evenings and play games and enjoy each others company. The boardwalk was an easy 10 min walk. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again should we be in the area. THANKS Lisa!!!!

Lisa's home was just as promised. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Lisa was very accessible if we needed to speak with her. Her home was the perfect place to have a quiet week at the beach. Everything was walkable or a very short drive. This was a hteat place to stay.

This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!

Some of my favorite childhood memories were all at the Jersey Shore. This was our first trip to Seaside with our two kids (ages 3 and 5) and this property was a perfect stay for us! Everything was so neat, clean, and easy! Lisa was so helpful, kind, and attentive to making sure everything was exactly as we needed for our stay - thank you so much!! In the words of our 5 year old - “It was awesome! I want to go back!” And we sure will :)

Lisa’s place was the perfect place to rest after long days at the beach . She supplied beach towels , chairs , an umbrella and it was a quick short walk to the board walk . The grill was perfect for our group and everything in the apartment was kept clean . I’d definitely recommend it . Also her home made wine was delicioussss .

The establishment was very nice and for the most part our stay was very pleasant, however the good parts were overshadowed by poor ownership. Despite my party purchasing $1500 worth of insurance, the owner, Lisa, took it upon herself to charge my account $500. The insurance was taken out for the sole purpose of accidental protection, because accident do in fact happen. A few cheap cushions were stained and a black mark was on the wall, all of which were accidental. We communicated this to the owner and informed her about the insurance, but within hours my account was charged. The damages were around $50-$100 maximum, so this amount was absurd . Throughout our stay we had no problems with the neighbors and we treated everybody around us with respect; this made it that much more shocking when we were treated with the blatant disrespect by Lisa. We tried multiple times to reason with the property owner, to no avail. All in all our stay was okay, but if you are looking to book a house under this owner, be aware that she may overreact and attempt to cause problems.

My son and I were here so I could bring him to my hometown to experience a little bit of what my summers were like growing up. Lisa and Brian have an absolutely ADORABLE little cottage that is super close walking distance to the boards. It has private parking, which is a huge plus, and is SO SO CLEAN. Thank you Lisa for coming by to make sure we were all set and to drop off the bottle of wine. Great hospitality, great place. WILL return!

Property was immaculate , nice outdoor space /grill. Kitchen well equipped and decor sunny and bright. Neighborhood a bit noisy- but hey it’s Seaside. Good location to boards, walkable to convenience store and pharmacy for incidentals. Lisa was a gracious communicative and responsive host. Make sure to check out Drifters- great new restaurant down the street.

It was a very clean apartment. About 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The shower was very narrow. Communication could have been better but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fees (cleaning and processing fees) at VRBO are high for this property.

This apartment is the perfect place for a beach vacation! Lisa was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, check in was easy, the apartment was very clean, comfortable, and the perfect set up for our little family of 4. The kids loved the trundle beds! The location can’t be beat, such a short walk to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The outdoor area was so nice and a great place to hang out. Lisa even gifted us a bottle of her homemade wine, which was delicious! Wonderful experience and we’re looking forward to a return visit!

This was a much needed getaway, 4 great friends disconnecting from the real world and enjoying life…so many laughs, drinks, and just a wonderful time had by all! Lisa and Brian were amazing from start to finish, the house stay was great (very clean) and they were very accommodating…Lisa your a doll see you next year!! Ohhh and the homemade wine was delicious, thank you again for everything it was wonderful! XOXO
