"The hotel doesn’t really have a reception so be aware when checking in. We had to go to the bar to find someone which is slightly unusual. Even though it is above a bar it was quiet and did have a lift. There was also luggage storage which was great."

"For cruisers out of Sydney this is an amazing location. Five minute walk to ship, close to Opera House, park and shopping. Staff are great, rooms lovely and comfortable."

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. "The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled."

I could feel mattress springs on bed, furniture was worn and scratched, there was (is) rotten wood at entrance to bathroom, phone was dusty due to room not being properly cleaned or lack of use, window sheers was ripped. I also have never been in a hotel that didn’t have a bedspread on the bed. The photos show a bedspread but there was only sheet and wool blanket on the bed."
