Was a lovely stay with a bonus upgrade to a balcony room. Easy check-in by delightful staff member. Kitchen well equipped and room very clean. Loved the MOR products in the bathroom. Will hopefully visit again.

Shaving kit is terribly designed as can't be cleaned, staff is not trained or experienced to a 5 star either, etc. it would make more sense to say it is a 4 star in a ...
