"Greet house in a quiet location near to Scalby Mills and North Bay. Communication with owners was excellent, internet was good too."

"The quality of the property is excellent. Sofas and bedding very good quality. Great location, 5 mins walk to park and carpark and 10 mins to beach. Couple of little extras would have made it even better such as speaker to connect phone to for music, oven gloves and car parking permits. We made a full Xmas dinner for 12 and all fit comfortably in the property. Communication very good."

The property is furnished to a high standard and it was great having 3 bathrooms for our family of 5! Also unusual to get an outdoor garden space so close to the coast. "our 4 th stay here and we do love it ,it’s very clean a lovely area very modern but we would have liked an earlier check in and later check out it seems late 4 and early 10 to be out it means for a 3 night break this is a shame as you only actually get 2 full days in the shark plus normally there’s soap shampoo conditioner sugar washing powder to use like home from home , this wasn’t the case this time .
