"We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, approachable and couldn’t do enough for us. Acted on our requests swiftly and without issue. Breakfast was good but would like a bit more choice of continental items. We stopped in superior rooms and they were excellent. Would definitely stay again. Good location. Free parking on site but limited spaces. Thank you To all staff for our lovely stay and making us feel welcome."

"Daughter and I stayed for a night whilst attending a concert and we could not have hoped for a better hotel. The personal service and attention to detail, catering for all additional needs, was superb. Breakfast included huge choice of continental and freshly cooked to order food. Particularly recommend the smoked salmon and eggs. We would highly recommend and will return when we are next in Scarborough FYI it’s a dog friendly hotel too!"

"Came here for a mid week break first time of coming to Scarborough and it was amazing from start to finish. Very friendly staff very welcoming and no trouble to help when need. The view from the room was breath taking looking over the north bay and the castle. The room was beautiful very clean and had everything in what we need. Will deffo be planning on coming back soon next time longer and with my daughter "
