The house is located in a quiet residential area in a non-busy side street. Therefore, it is only for families and guests who are looking for peace and relaxation as well as for the nearby, on-site beaches, gastronomy and leisure facilities.
In the evening after 10 pm, the outdoor area has to be kept quiet so as not to disturb the residents. Loud activities are therefore prohibited. I live in San Jose about 10 minutes away and am available to the tenants if they need assistance.
