"This property is absolutely beautiful and amazing! If you want to relax while enjoying a beautiful scenic view, this is for you. If you want to walk around and explore, you can do that too. The staff are incredible and treated us very well. The shuttle to and from the hotel is a great amenity. The only complaint that we have is that the bedroom walls are a little thin and you can hear neighbors if you have them. Other than that, everything else about this place is awesome. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. "This is the hotel we go back to whenever we go to Florence. The staff are amazing. Every single member of staff can not do enough to help you. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. We like walking and it is a 30 minute walk down the hill to pitti palace. If you don’t want to walk back up there is a bus. Also a 2 minute walk out the front of the hotel to the left is a great little pub in a field where they grow their own veggies and the meat for the burgers is from local farms. A must visit...
