"Endroit calme et reposant avec un beau parc, piscine et jacuzzi. La maison est grande, mais le ménage n'a jamais été fait. Vitres, rideaux jamais nettoyés, la cuisine est crasseuse, de la graisse et de la crasse depuis plusieurs années. Nous avons du faire des barbecues, aller au restaurant et acheter des plats préparés pour ne pas utiliser la cuisine. Tuyau du gaz périmé depuis 2020, store électrique dégueulasse, nous avons utilisé le parasol neuf. Dommage car l'endroit, la maison, piscine,...

"Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"This large and commodious maison is perfect for any group, but particularly for larger parties. All rooms are spacious, bright, and nicely appointed. The kitchen has everything needed for those who enjoy cooking. The garden and garden furniture add a further dimension, as does the large living room fireplace. "Lovely little propert with a larger than average pool. We were 2 adults and a dog so had plenty garden area for the dog to run around chasing hares amongst other critters. From the verandah we saw deer, kites, hares, frogs, bats, hoopae and an abundance of other birds. Supermarkets, vets shops restaurants all within about a 15 min drive. Paul was a great host."

"We were a family of four, but all adults. It was a perfect location for a short walk to two great local restaurants and nearby chateau. It was a perfect location for exploring the area. We were met by the owners on arrival who were warm and welcoming, they had messaged beforehand and made communication really easy. "We stayed for a week while attending the summer retreat at Plum Village Lower Hamlet as commuters. The space is a small house on its own property in the little village of Loubès-Bernac and was ideal for us. Great spot to jump off from to explore this wonderful part of France. Het huis is schoon, ruim en omgeven door een prachtige onderhouden tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Op loopafstand van het historisch centrum van Bergerac met leuke winkels, restaurants, bar en terrasjes..."

"This is a lovely property of good size which is perfect for a family. There is a swimming pool which is partially covered so good on very hot days as offers some protection from the sun. The local village is nearby as well as big supermarket. Our host was very helpful and the check in process was very easy."
