Pellegrino Luxury is a new apartment located in the Navona area, a few steps from Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. Located in a side street of Piazza della Cancelleria, the apartment is absolutely quiet and peaceful, thanks to the position it occupies within its building, being located on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator. The accommodation is spacious and bright and covers about 90 square meters. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and two bathrooms with shower. In addition, from the hall you can also access a balcony overlooking Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Wifi, air conditioning and heating are included and free. Suitable for up to 4 people, with the possibility of adding 2 beds on request.
Located in a privileged position in the heart of the historic center, Pellegrino Luxury with Balcony is a splendid setting for an ideal Roman holiday.
Digging to the roots of Rome, from the extraordinary and ancient architecture of the Pantheon, to the baroque grandeur of the adjacent Piazza Navona, to continue with the fresh market of Campo de Fiori and all the other main attractions of the city within walking distance, including the Vatican, being connected by the wide range of public transport available.

The location is awesome! Communication with the host was great, and appreciated checking in at 2:30. The flat is more worn than the pictures suggest. The price was very good. We'd stay here again.

The location and size if the apartment were excellent. Details that need improvement - the balcony wasn't very clean, the wallpaper over the bed was peeling & the drain in the master bedroom bath drained very slowly

Great location lacking a few basics

Very centrally located. Could walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants, markets, pharmacy, laundry, etc close by. Apartment is large and bright. Pictures on VRBO must have been taken a long time ago. Interior is dated. Shower and bathroom sink never drained well. Kitchen needs more cutlery, glasses and coffee cups. Not enough towels provided to start with. Requested more and were provided when the place was cleaned a few days later. A little TLC would go a long ways.

Fantastic location and large apartment

Really great place with two large bedrooms one with en suite other with access to a second bathroom. Everything worked and was as described. Communication during the stay was a little difficult but worked out fine. For a two week stay there were not enough back up supplies such as extra towels, dishwasher pods toilet paper. Cleaning would stay again.

Perfect Base Location

The apartment was not only clean, but offered plenty of space, making it ideal for our group of 3 adults, with room to spare. The location couldn’t have been more perfect-just streps away from Campo de’Fiori and Piazza Navona. Despite being so close to main attractions, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to rest peacefully each night. The host was helpful with providing airport transfer and quick to respond to our inquires. This apartment offers the perfect base, I recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in Rome. Cheers!

Clean, comfortable and fantastic location

Steps from Campo de Fiori, the apartment was the perfect base for sightseeing in Rome. Only criticism is we could have used some dish detergent and a sponge and a few more dishwasher tabs. Recommend.

Nice place and location

Location was great for walking everywhere. Apartment was nice, bathrooms well appointed. We didn’t cook so didn’t use kitchen except for wine glasses and coffee cups. Plenty of those provided. Great communication with manager who even arranged nice transfers for us from port and to airport.

Poor Communication from property manager and VRBO

Communication up to when we checked in was great. we met up with the property manager and he went thru the apartment and explained all that we needed to know. From then it went downhill. Our clothes were stuck in the washer for 24 hours because we couldn't get the door open. After not hearing from anyone via VRBO app, as instructed, I searched up YouTube Videos and was able to get it open using a bent coat hanger. Another issue we had was that the upstairs unit was flooding over into our balcony and that shorted out our power to the unit, so when we got back from dinner everything was dark. I tried flipping the breaker on several times, while sweating in 100 degree heat in the unit, and then I started my calls to the number on the listing, and then VRBO who kept me on the line for over an hour (At 1am btw). Finally I went out into the flooding rain from above and with a stick I unplugged the AC unit outside, thinking this was the cause of the circuit tripping. Success finally at 2:15AM I was able to get power back on, but no AC in one of the bedrooms. VRBO said it was a safety issue and they would refund me my money but now i'm being ghosted by the property management company and VRBO. Not even going to mention the uncomfortable beds but I don't expect much for comforts in Europe when travelling. This more headache then I needed on a family vacation.. wish that VRBO would up their standards to "slum lords".

Third Time Renter: Still 5 Stars

The Pellegrino apartment is ideally located in the center of Historical Rome just steps away from the Campo de Fiori. The two bedroom, two bath plus large dining/living room is quite comfortable for two couples. The kitchen is small but adequate if you are planning to cook meals. The rental staff is very helpful and responsive in the event of need. This was my third experience with renting Pellegrino and I’m looking forward to a fourth visit.

Great Location & Back for More

We rented Pellegrino in 2022 and 2023 and returned anew because of how satisfied we have been in this lovely, superbly located apartment just steps from the iconic Campo de Fiori. We continue to be completely satisfied with our stay here. We are returning to Pellegrino, after a sojourn in Napoli, for an additional several weeks stay before returning to the States on 26 June. I’ll provide a detailed description of our experience at that time.

Lovely Location But Some Glitches

The property was nice, comfortable and consistent description. However, we never were able to get the heat working and it required us to sleep in sweaters and socks. Reaching property management was difficult. The first evening our flight was late, and we had to wait for someone to arrive. Couldn't reach anyone about heat. Next day were told to turn on boiler, but no boiler found. Confusion around tax collection. Limited supplies for kitchen including no paper towels, only one kitchen towel, no dishwashing soap (unlabeled pods did exist). Very limited local support.

Perfectly Located!

Eight glorious days in Rome. We spent most of each day out and about touring and sightseeing. I concur with others that this unit is safe, quiet, clean, & ideally located. The building does have an elevator. Working with a management company is different from communicating with the owner but we eventually would connect. We also agree with others that a booklet with answers to frequently asked questions and directions for heating and appliances, check out procedures, garbage, and a forewarning that the city tax needs to be paid in cash upon arrival, would be most helpful.

Fall in Rome

The apartment has a wonderful location that is very walkable and has fantastic restaurants. It’s kitchen is sparsely equipped but eating out is great. It is not near a metro but bus 64 takes you to Central Termini and a cab stand is on the next block over on the Main Street. My only real complaint is there are no functional lamps. None in the living area. Second to that it would be nice to have More towels provided. Yes there is a washer but no dryer. Air dried towels are very scratchy! All in all a great stay.

This is the perfect location to explore Rome on foot. Just a couple minutes to campo de fiori and I was able to walk to the Vatican, trastevere, the collesium, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc…

Great location and nice apartment!

My wife and our 16-year-old son stayed here for 4 nights while in Rome. The location was fantastic and the apartment was great. It was roomy and well-equipped. The air conditioners worked well and the porch was nice. My only recommendation would be to remove the chicken wire fencing off the porch. Not sure what purpose it serves. We would stay in this place again.

Wonderful neighborhood, good apartment for two couples

This is a simple but good apartment, perfect for two couples. Location is perfect, everything is walkable, the neighborhood is excellent. The apartment is as described, simple but clean. Beds were good, toilets and showers good. Kitchen small but we didn't cook anyway. Recommend!

Just as the description shows! Perfect location - we never had to take a taxi to go anywhere. We walked to the Vatican, fountain and Colosseum. The square nearby had amazing restaurants and bars. You can’t go wrong with this one!
