Located on the third floor of a characteristic building, this elegant and spacious apartment manages to combine the central and strategic position with a welcoming atmosphere that makes it very sophisticated. It is the ideal solution for those who travel for work and for those who want to spend a holiday in the center of Rome and easily reach the historical and artistic attractions, the shopping streets and enjoy all the comforts!

Apartment of about 80 square meters on the third floor of a typical building with elevator (not suitable for the disabled) ..
Our accommodation, very quiet, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and has a large living room with sitting area and double sofa bed, dining area and open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and several cooking utensils. Two very spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds that can be connected to a second double bed, two comfortable and modern bathrooms both with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in detail, and the wooden ceiling with typical exposed beams makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming: you will feel just like you were at home in the most beautiful city in the world!

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited free WiFi, A / C, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, cradle for newborns (SHEETS, CHILDREN AND BLANKETS FOR CRADLE NOT PROVIDED), Smart TV and independent heating.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more pleasant and organized. For any unforeseen or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

At check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and will therefore be required to show a valid document.
Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the city tax of € 3.50 per person per night, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.

Please note that check-in after the specified time must be arranged directly with the structure and provide a supplement as follows:
- 21. 00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. After 01. 00 it is not possible to arrange check-in.

Unfortunately, our check-out will have to take place before 10:00, but do not despair! We started a partnership with BAGBNB, a portal where you can find all the baggage depots in the city. Les photos de l'annonce ne représentaient pas la réalité de l'appartement

Appartement très sombre. Le canapé et les chaises n'étaient pas les mêmes que sur les photos (canapé fourni très sale et taché, vieilles chaises inconfortables et bruyantes) Les photos représentaient un appartement lumineux et agréable. Ce n'est pas la réalité L'ensemble de l'appartement n'était pas très propre.
