"My family (7 people aged 16-68) stayed here on our first visit to Rome. The property was easy to access and the manager was always accessible. The check-in was quick, and they were flexible with our arrival time. There was plenty of space and bathrooms. The kitchen and courtyard had plenty of space for us. The location is excellent with easy access to the historic city center, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The whole family has been delighted with the house. It had 3 spacious rooms, a wonderful garden, green surroundings and 2 bathrooms. In the house everything was fine for us, and it allowed us to relax and rest from the hot summer in Rome and from the visits to the great monuments. It has a train station very close, but in the end we use the ittaxi app to call a taxi to go everywhere. "This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties."

"Beautiful villa, not at all tired or in need of update as per previous review comments. Nice decor and everything available for our stay. Pool and outdoor area are fantastic. Very hot so bonus to have air con in bedrooms. Very close to beach and easy walk to supermarket and restaurants. We did not have a car so some limitations with public transport to Rome but doable and train fare very reasonable. Vittorio very responsive to any query we had re transportation and kindly arranged a taxi for us....

"Superb holiday in a beautiful home & villa, very well looked after by the fabulous Sunny who is a real asset to this property. We loved the outside spaces, pool, views, landscape, proximty to train station for an easy commute to Rome & lots of supermarkets for easy self-catering. We would recommended days in Rome & Tivoli. "We loved our stay at Villa Dolce Vita. It was like two vacations in one. The option of the beach was refreshing after exploring Rome on our hot days. Towels and beach bag were available for use. The villa is spacious with 3 good size rooms for sleeping, ample bathrooms, kitchen had everything we needed. There were little added touches like Americano coffee ready for us to fill our cup.
