"It was a great experience from start to finish, they gave us the map of the city and explained how close everything was to our hotel and checked in our bag after we checked out the room for free so we could go explore the city some more before our shuttle pick up time."

"The room was great, very spacious opposite of what you would think when going on an European trip! It was in a good location near a lot of sites like the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. My only complaints was it was hard to get bottles of water where I had to pay. I understand having to make money ..."
