"Wonderful location but it is on a Main Street so there was foot noise all night. Flipped breaker and had no maintenance to attend to so had no lights or AC in one room on our last night. No overhead light in rear bathroom. Had a lamp in bathroom for lighting."

"I had a great experience at this property. The studio was perfect for me as I was traveling to visit a friend so I didn’t need much. The space was clean, amenities were provided, location felt safe, and very close to everything one may need. The Host was responsive and extremely friendly. "We were met by the kind owner who graciously showed us around the cozy top floor apartment and gave us her mobile number in case we needed anything. The special touches; plenty of coffee pods, bottled waters and half and half in the fridge, lots of towels, is more than what other VRBO’s offer. Location is great, pretty and quiet neighborhood, 5 min walk to multiple restaurants and the beach. 9 Uber (2 mile) ride to downtown Newport. Really enjoyable visit."

"Chris was very friendly when we met him at the location. He gave us some great tips on places to eat and which days we should do a reservation for. The place is in a great location and walking to places was very convenient. Uber is there as well if you wanted to travel a little further or if you want the break from walking. We did find that we could have used or brought more to use in the kitchen. The coffee maker didn't work for us, but there is a little coffee shop right down the road so that...

"Very clean property in a very quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the beach, ocean drive and the cliff walk. We had a wonderful time. The outside picture shows the main house not the apartment behind where we stayed. I wasn’t expecting to have to walk up steps to get to the room; kitchen on the ground floor, not that it was a problem for us, somehow I missed that. "Enjoyed our short stay here. Location was definitely the highlight as it is a perfect spot to walk Newport downtown area for sights, restaurants, shopping, coffee etc. We did not have any issues with access or safety and felt comfortable with our kids in tow. Parking was hit or miss but expected during busy summer season and we overall did pretty well finding a spot. Would definitely return in the future"

"As you walk in there’s music playing and the electric fire place is on. Great staging!! Everything smells and looks clean!! Everything was perfect!! Shower was amazing!! Best pressure ever!! Loved the 50” smart TV!! Location was great!! Close stop and shop (if needed) For us it was perfect because it was super close to the birthday we were attending and close to our nephew and nieces home.
