"We had a wonderful stay at this Providence rental! The property was very clean and easy to find, and it was such a unique experience staying in a property that’s up to 150 years old. Despite its age, it had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable.The location was great too—there’s a local deli just down the street that was perfect for grabbing breakfast and coffee. "The bed was comfortable, the place was accurate to the description. Not located in the best part of town, but quiet for the most part. The neighbors upstairs were noisy and up all hours of the night. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The harbor views were beautiful from our private deck. The suite was clean and had great amenities! Cindy was an amazing hostess and even left us a baked good, fresh fruit and tomatoes from her garden! She had several suggestions of where to visit which we appreciated! The hot tub was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!"

There is only one bathroomnot 2, as stated and that one did not have a towel rack or toilet paper holder (both having been removed from the wall).The face cloths left on the bathroom sink were old and worn.There was not one lamp in the apartment, so the recessed, bright lighting, was all that was available. "As you walk in there’s music playing and the electric fire place is on. Great staging!! Everything smells and looks clean!! Everything was perfect!! Shower was amazing!! Best pressure ever!! Loved the 50” smart TV!! Location was great!! Close stop and shop (if needed) For us it was perfect because it was super close to the birthday we were attending and close to our nephew and nieces home. The host, Michelle, communicated very well!! They even left some welcome snacks!! Chips and bottled water. "
