"This was a lovely location for a family wedding weekend. The house is clean, well set up and welcoming. All our questions were answered quickly and the hosts were very pleasant to work with. "My husband, parents, two dogs and I stayed for two nights in Melissa and Eric’s Nest, and enjoyed every second. The space was spotless and spacious and the kitchen well-stocked. While the main house is close to the guesthouse, we had absolute privacy and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Melissa and Eric were very responsive and kind hosts, and even left us a welcome basket with water and snacks! "The apartment was perfect for my elder parents. They only had a few steps to enter into their residence (and was perfect for the added privacy and being able to head to bed early). In addition to the apartment, we rented the house for our family, and my siblings (including their children). Since we were up at varied times, it gave my parents the peace and quiet they needed. As I stated in my house review, Douglas was immediately responsive to any questions and addressed any needs! "

"We rented several of the properties for a week-long vacation with extended family and had a wonderful time! The shared lawn with games and picnic tables was amazing, and the houses were very comfortable and clean - outdoor showers were a favorite for everyone (kids and adults alike)! Easy drive or walk to many beaches - would definitely recommend!"

"I have been traveling to RI for 5 years for vacation. Have stayed at a few hotels near the beach. A couple have been real disappointment so tried something different. This listing looked perfect and indeed it was. If you look at online pics, they are spot on. Clean, bright and welcoming. It’s centrally located to everything , although a little far for us to walk. Huge parking lot brightly lit. Can’t find or say anything bad about this stay."

"This was one of the best stays we've ever had staying in RI. The house and property are beautiful. There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning and trips out on the pond with the kayaks. It is the perfect place to get again and enjoy some peace and quiet. Homeowners reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. "

"The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night. The house is in a complex with several other houses but that was not a problem. When we arrived we had some issues with the house but the owner is very responsive and addressed them immediately. The house has air condtioning throughout. There are at least 3 windows in the house that don’t stay open (they fall down immediately). They require a stick to prop open.
