Beautiful, 2d floor, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath apartment in the heart of historic downtown Bristol on Bristol's Fourth of July Parade route (the oldest and most famous such parade in the country), directly across from Linden Place (Russell Warren designed mansion and favorite wedding and event venue), adjacent to historic Bristol Post Office. Large, private, mahogany rooftop deck with Bristol Harbor views and gorgeous sunsets. Can accommodate up to 12.

Home is exactly as pictured, beautiful little home with lots of space. Very convenient location, everything is walking distance. The only complaint I had was that the walls seemed to be paper thin and could hear everything going on outside from all the rooms.

The photos don't do this property justice! Eight of us travelled to RI for a wedding and this was the perfect place. Just a couple of minutes walking distance from the venue, right above a cafe with delicious food & the most friendly staff. The apartment and deck were both much bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Eight of us adults all fit very comfortably. The host, Berta, was very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond anytime I reached out. We would absolutely return here.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we were visiting Bristol for our son's wedding. Wonderful location (in the heart of everything), we could walk to everything. Plenty of space, great communication from Berta (you were so kind). We hope to be back to get to know Bristol more now that we discovered it....what a NE charm!

Incredible location and incredible stay

This was our second time staying here, and it was once again a wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the deck is absolutely incredible, and the location could not be better. Our group of friends from college started gathering in Bristol for a yearly reunion and definitely plan to stay here every year! Berta is so kind and accommodating, and assures you that you can reach out if you need anything at all. Couldn’t recommend more!

Outstanding place to stay in Bristol

We attended a family wedding at the Bristol Harbor Inn with our adult children and stayed here as a family. The location was spectacular, the layout of the apartment was exactly what we wanted.We did have a little bit of a problem getting in, but once that was Accomplished, we could not have enjoyed a better time. We certainly will be coming back here again. Next time we need to stay in Bristol.

Perfect stay!

We were in town for a Newport wedding and this booking exceeded our expectations. The host, Berta, was gracious, accommodating, and responsive. The property was immaculate, had a huge deck, and was in a prime location near restaurants and parks. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. We would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Bristol vacation

This is a great property right on the main drag in Bristol. Apartment is spacious and well appointed. It was easy to cook meals and there was plenty of space for hanging out. The deck is a nice addional space that we did not use much due to rain but it provides a great place to watch sunsets and hang out. Parking is convenient and there are restaurants, playgrounds, ice cream shops and more within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Bristol is a convenient location for going to Providence or Newport or the beach or ... Host is excellent and was very helpful when we left something behind. Highly recommend.

Family Wedding Stay in RI

Apartment was accurately listed on website, it was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the outside furniture as well. The location to the harbor and local eateries were perfect. As for suggestions, the shower curtain in main bathroom is the only thing we suggest changing. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Short Wedding Stay

Berta was so helpful! A few friends stayed for 1-2 nights due to a wedding in RI. We had a wonderful time! The place was extremely clean and looked even better in person! Pictures don’t do it justice & amazing location! We were able to get our hair done and walk to the apartment from around the corner. We also went downstairs and had brunch in the morning. Great stay overall!

Great location but tiny issues

Overall as expected, great location, host very communicative and pleasant. Our only two concerns were a slight delay in check-in (5pm due to cleaners being delayed). Given timelines with kids and event starting this added a bit of stress. Second and more importantly the listing is not totally accurate - there is no double futon in the first room. Host said prior guest broke it, but this resulted in members of party needing to share a bed that weren’t anticipating that. Neighborhood was fantastic, deck was spacious and parking behind was convenient and easy.

Perfect location for wedding

Excellent location, especially for wwdding. Awesome deck. clean, comfortable, well stocked, easy check in, good parking. Recommend the Sunset Cafe right downstairs and Bristol Bikes. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
