When making a reservation we weren't given the option to book a Riverfront room or a parking lot View room. There was no delineation of rooms. So when we got there we had a parking lot room. "The space is clean and well decorated, it feels homey without being cluttered. There are upstairs neighbors, and the noise they generated at times was loud and took away from the overall experience. The bathroom is large and clean, the shower was phenomenal. Having in house laundry was awesome and added value for us on our stay. Meg was easy to reach and responded quickly. However, no temperature control in the unit since it appears to be a single unit within the home on the other side of the door. Too cold with the cool air blowing all night the first night. "I gave this listing one star not because it was terrible. We, in fact, did not stay there. On the day we were to arrive the air quality was 'very unhealthy' and the community was on an a 'Ready' alert for evacuation. The Akawa Butte fire was five miles north and was now the priority resource fire in the country. The second day we would have been there, they evacuated two thousand residents. We decided the last thing this community needed was two more tourists to suck up valuable resources...

"It was nice to have the river outside the deck. The property has some updates, but still looks like an older property. We enjoyed the restaurant, it was nice to sit outside on the beautiful patio. When checking in you need to provide a credit card for incidentals, which is fine. We found out we were billed 195 after check out. Thank goodness I checked my credit card statement. Communication with the management company was good but it did take 3 weeks to get that money credited back. Just make...
