"We stayed in the upper appartment. The place is beautiful, comfortable, quite, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony overlooks a beautiful garden patio. The location is a short walking distance to Ashlands' center with its theaters, coffee shops and restaurants. Steve, our host, was welcoming, bery communicative and accessible. Our stay was perfect."

"Great place to stay. Can’t actually see the water from the house but beach access is very close. The parking is limited but there is a spot right in front of the front door. Room for a full size SUV. Lincoln City does get very busy during the peak season so the main road gets slow but that is to be expected. Enjoy."
